Approve Topics/Posts

This allows moderators and administrators to approve topics and posts for viewing in forums that are 'moderated'
(To moderate a forum go to

AdminCP->Edit forum

and set

Moderator Queue?

to 'YES'. This will mean that no posts or new topics will show up in that forum until they are approved)


Prune forum

This allows removal of posts that are older than a certain number of days (that you specify) to save on space.

The number of posts to process at one time can also be specified. The smaller the number, the slower the process will be but the server does not have to work so hard and will slow down less.



Delete Topics

This allows the titles of (and a link to) the topics that have been made in the past X days to be found. Then there is the option to delete these topics if required (defaults to 'Leave' the topic)
(Also there is the option to display a certain number of topics on the screen at once to aid readability)


Open/Close topics

This allows the titles of (and a link to) the topics that have been made in the past X days to be found. Then the option to open or close these topics can be set (defaults to the current open/closed state of the topics listed)

Move topics

This allows the titles of (and a link to) the topics that have been made in the past X days to be found. Then there is the option to move one or many of these topics to other user specified forum with various options of how the link between them. (defaults to 'Leave' topics where they are)

Merge topics

This allows the titles of (and a link to) the topics that have been made in the past X days. You then have the option to merge two of these topics together to make one single large topic. There is also the option of how to leave the source topic - either delete it, lock it or make it a link to the new topic.

Forum Rules

This allows posting rules to be added as a link or shown at the top of the forum. This box can contain iB code, HTML, smilies or just text. The rules can then be either turned off, displayed at the top of the forum or put as a link to a separate page.

Notification Manager

Show preferences.

This allows moderators and administrators to see which other moderators and administrators are monitoring the forum posts in which forum and how they are being notified of new posts being made.

Add settings

This allows the format of the message to be specified, that is received when a 'watched' forum is posted in. The message can be sent by e-mail or by PM and can be set to only send one message per visit to the board or a message every time a post is added.

The following codes can be added to the message for easier navigation and information gathering.
<#POST#> This will display the content of the post
<#ADDR#> This will display a link to your ModCP
<#TITLE#> This will display the new topic title
<#POSTER#> This will display the poster's name

Edit/Delete settings

This allows the removal and editing of 'notification' settings for a moderator or admin.



Welcome Manager

To enable this feature go to

AdminCP->Register Options

and make sure

Send Welcome PM to new members?

is set to 'YES'

See the message

This allows the message to be viewed that will be sent to new members when they join.

Edit Message

This allows you to edit the message that will be sent to new members. This may include HTML and smilies.

The following codes may be added to messages for personalisation:
ADDRCP The address of their UserCP
NAMEMEM The members Username

Birthday Notice Manager

See the message

This allows the message to be viewed that will be sent to members celebrating a birthday.

Edit Message

This allows you to edit the message that will be sent to members celebrting a birthday. This may include HTML and smilies.

The following codes may be added to messages for personalisation:
NAMEMEM The members username
DATE The date today
AGE To add the members age
