Dr. Lilli Friedland

Dr. Lilli Friedland partners with executives, corporations, and professional service firms to develop and implement organizational strategies that enhance productivity and performance. Lilli Friedland, Ph.D., A.B.P.P. is board certified in clinical psychology and has a certificate from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Dr. Friedland serves on the Council of Representatives of the American Psychological Association (A.P.A.) and is a member of APA’s Committee on the Structure and Function of Council. She is also on the board of directors of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association and the executive board of the California Psychological Association. Dr. Friedland is a past-president of the American Psychological Association’s (A.P.A.) Division 46, Media Psychology. She has been a member of the Public Information Committee of the A.P.A. Dr. Friedland has served as a governor-appointed member of the California Board of Psychology. Dr. Friedland is chair of the Communications Committee of the Society of Psychologists in Management (SPIM). Dr. Friedland has been co-chair of the New Technologies Committee of Division 46, of the APA. She was a member of the Board of Governors of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and chairperson of its education committee. She is a past president of Los Angeles County Psychological Association and has held numerous positions on this board. She is a past president of California Psychological Association’s (CPA). Div. VI, Media Psychology and is president-elect of Div.3, Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

The LA County Psychological Association honored Dr. Friedland with the Distinguished Psychologist award and she was elected to the select National Academies of Practice. Her colleagues have honored her by election to various offices. She is an acknowledged communications expert and has trained other psychologists and corporate executives throughout the United States and Canada.

Lilli Friedland, Ph.D. is a member of Who's Who in America, Who’s Who in American Women, Who's Who in Emerging Leaders, and Who's Who in the West. She has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and other national publications. She has made over a hundred and fifty national and local TV and radio appearances.
