One day, right before class, I was sitting in Alpine Cafe watching CNN on one television and ESPN on another.  CNN was airing live footage of the war in Iraq, while ESPN was running a commercial for a new war game entitled Splinter Cell.  Needless to say, the images on both screens were eerily similar.  Thus, I decided to make this film as a comment, not so much on the persuasive effects of video games towards violence in participators, but rather the desensitizing effects to death these games can have.  It just struck me that perhaps those that play these games don't take into consideration what the characters they control as representatives of true soldiers of war must go through on a day to day basis.
