TBCH Outreach Video | |
---|---|
Texas Baptist Children's Home and Family Services commissioned me to script, shoot, and edit an outreach video to send to parishes around the region that offer financial support. TBCH wanted an organic, unpolished glimpse into TBCH as if someone was visiting on a summer day. The video was done on a quick turnaround (roughly one week from concept to delivery) with a small budget. |
Medfest PSA/ Commercial | |
---|---|
Each year the St. Elias Medfest draws 20,000 attendants over a two day period. To promote the event, I produced a PSA/Commercial for St. Elias Orthodox Church in Austin, Texas, the sponsors of the event. I was given full creative freedom to produce the spot and decided to give it a community based, ethnic feel. Video was shot a year in advance anticipating the need for such a production and I also composed the musical score. |
Bob Bennett's Retirement Slideshow | |
---|---|
This project was produced for the City of Round Rock for Bob Bennett's retirement party. Pictures were meticulously gathered from a number of sources, digitally scanned, and compiled using a Non-Linear Editor into a photo-montage slideshow. The goal was to give the piece a retrospective, Ken Burns-esque feel, and show poignant pictures from Bennett's life. The music and lyrics were written and performed by Jim Nuse for the event. |
Bob-o's Place | |
---|---|
This project was produced for the City of Round Rock Administration Department for Bob Bennett's retirement party. The concept was to take a look into the quirky home and work life of then City Manager Bob Bennett. The piece was designed to be light and "peppy", and if the viewer was hip, a number of the inside jokes in the production were quite comical. The video I prepared for Sharon Prete's retirement was designed to have a similar comical feel. |
Bobby Guzman Promo Video | |
---|---|
This video is not directly a relevant sample, but PARD has numerous sports programs, and this video shows my extensive training in shooting action sports. The video was used to promote local skateboarder, Bobby Guzman, to shops and potential sponsors in the area. Footage was gathered over a two week period and then compiled with music commissioned from a local rock band. |
