The TFB (assholes) saga revived by TFB itself!

The most unbelievable thing happened today; I got a note from someone who austensibly represents Texas French Bread. He apparently has finally discovered the internet, and subsequently my stories here. He's not happy that he's getting "bad press". boo hoo.

Why didn't he bother to respond to my aunt's letter TWO YEARS ago??? I don't think they have changed one bit. TFB is still a self-serving, customer-comes-last operation.

manager has been fired, and TFB is about to post their own page.
I wanted to try to come up with some solution to the problem. The
fact that dogs are not allowed in TFB is due to the Texas Health
Department code. The fact that he/she was mistreated is the fault 
of TFB. I would like to get the page off the web, since it is 
based on a 1994 senario, and hopefully find some resolution. TFB 
is willing to offer some free products or gift certificates, and 
Im sure the offer is open to you if you will take it off.

So... what to do? I received some of the most rude treatment ever at the hands of a business, and then utterly ignored when I complained to the owner. Now that they have discovered that they can "use the internet" to advertise their mercenary sweatshop they want me to shut up & let their propaganda rule. What do you think? Should I censor my completely true story just so this jackass business can continue taking money from unsuspecting people? Or should I intensify my adamant assertion to all that TFB doesn't deserve any patronage? Or should I just take the "Texas French Bribe" and run?
