This story is true.  It took place in Austin, Texas on 1994 Nov 10, at
around 13:00 hrs.

Maybe you guys don't care, but I'll give you the chance to prove me
wrong.

There are a lot of racist, and culture-bigotted idiots out there in the
world, but I want to make you aware of one of the most vicious of the
intolerance crimes, speciesist bigots.

My companion & I were berated, cursed at, and kicked out of TFB (Texas
French Bread), because she didn't fit their idea of a "proper customer", 
simply because of her species.  

Ckeilah is a wonderful companion: kind, warm-hearted, friendly, yet calm,
mellow, and well mannered, not to mention cleaner than 95% of any of the
other potenial customers passing through the doors of this rude company.

Jessica Davies, the TFB manager is the source of their negative attitude,
and poor treatment of my friend's kind.  Unfortunately, she is not alone
in her bigotted attitudes.  It looks like there is still a long battle to
fight before we are all treated with the respect we are due, but please 
don't give up!  

I urge everyone to spread the word about businesses that treat you & your
companions with less than adequate respect, and boycott them!  Apparently
the only thing they understand is the language of money.  Let's start
with Texas French Bread.  Please DON'T spend ANY money there, and when you
have the chance, let others know to do the same, and mostly, let TFB know 
that we aren't spending our money there, because they are intolerant bigots.
Mojo's Cafe is also intolerant of Ckeilah's kind, though they weren't
quite as belligerent as Ms. Davies.
