My name is Chris Seaberg. That's me up there in the pic.. I'm graduating this semester with my MA in Advertising, and am gearing up for that stage in life where mass uncertainty lies ahead. During my stay here at UT I've been taking classes in advertising, marketing, research and theory. While I appreciate this tremendously I needed more. I needed a class that was open and willing to let me think about exactly what I wanted to think about, and express myself exactly how I wanted to express myself. I didn't want the confines of 1,800 words or a Powerpoint presentation. So I signed up for Weird Science.
I had heard about the ACTLab, but never really thought twice about taking a class in it. Scared maybe? Without a list of rules how will I do? I gave in, and am so happy that I did. My projects are, well, weird. I shock myself, freeze bugs and do performances. It's outside of my shell, my comfort zone.
So here we are. My webpage. On the left you'll find my projects and contact information. On right, the websites I visit daily before my cup of coffee. I hope you enjoy. It's been a pleasure. |
