D.A. DESERET

Born in 3028 and trained as a prized archaeologist, D.A. was recruited in 2049 for a lucrative time travel experiment during which he traveled to 2006 to record and document the rise of Earth's Ziggernaut Empire.

He crash landed his craft on Figi and has since been unable to return, his only hope of getting home being these digital videos (which cannot be destroyed) that will alert his superiors in his home time, so they can send rescue back to 2006 and save him from this "quite primitive era."

In the past he has sent his SOS calls through other experimental media showcases, including showcases in Cinematexas 2006, the Austin Museum of Digital Art, Cantanker Magazine, the Fusebox Festival 2007, Austin Art Authority, OK Mountain and Flatbed Press. When asked for the reasoning behind his actions, he only replies, "Archaeologists are not merely data collectors. They are grave robbers as well."
