Having played a major role in unraveling
this profound discovery, I am reminded of the late scientist Karl Popper.
Popper discovered that there are basically two types of of scientific statements:
∑ Singular existential statement- particular
statements made about a particular thing, such as “this is a large snow
monkey”.
∑ Universal statement- broad statement
about all things, such as “all snow monkeys are huge”.
With Popper in mind, I have to assert that
the singular statement should be that not all snow monkeys are huge. However,
given the existence of this new breed I wonder if maybe other snow monkeys
of this sort do in fact exist.
Our latest discovery has proposed a number of questions. One in particular would be, is it possible to give the abominable snowman a personality. Fortunately, six months prior to discovering the snow monkey Dr. Bible and myself had developed a stereotype enhancing drug used for altering human personalities. And since the drug has been approved by the FDA, Dr. Bible and I have wondered if perhaps the new drug would work on our new species of snow monkey.
