The pop-up book opens a whole new world to the narrative experience. It gives the story a three-dimensional environment, bringing in more life and interaction between the reader and the text. I created a pop-up book based on my personal experiences during my stay in Pamplona, Spain during the festivals of San Fermin.

It is a "how-to" type of narrative describing the process of participating in the annual Running of the Bulls event that occurs during these festivals. The writing is simple because I was trying to stick to the classic connection between children and the pop-up book. I also think it adds a bit of irony with this literary style which describes how to participate in this very dangerous sport.
