Virus scanners

There is some support for Courier in several virus scanners. The following information may or may not be out of date.

NOTE:

Be sure to check the documentation of your virus scanner for the specific versions of Courier that the vendor has certified their product with. Courier's virus-scanning API is generally stable, and it does not change frequently. In fact, it hasn't changed at all, since its inception. However, it's always possible that technical reasons may require an API change at some point in the future, so it is important to determine which versions of Courier the vendor has tested their scanner against.
