When we were listening to Joey Lopez's Hi-Fi in class I was reflecting on the highly visual nature of our culture and more specifically our entertainment, so I set out to create an all audio narrative. In order to differentiate this from a traditional radio drama I created a story solely from sound effects. Tbe intention then was to create a cohesive narrative without any visuals or dialouge.

The experiment was a success - almost eveyone understood the story although there were disputes regarding the car accident. It was suggested that the relation between the first sounds was strong enough to help create a narrative while other sounds may have been less effective.
