| This video was shot on the Pedernales river about 20 to 30 minutes outside of Austin, Tx . It features professional wake boarder Chris Ramirez who is currently living in Germany where he continues to compete and push the boundaries of the sport. My first intentions were to phisically demonstrate how people create boundaries or inner borders for themselves and then try to push those boundaries which is a concept not only embodied by wakeboarding and other extreme sports but one that can be applied to life in general. I decided to use Chris because he most obviosly exemplifies a person who pushes thier inner boundaries to new levels every day and I think the video demonstrates this effectively. |
