Dearest ACT Lab Pals,
Here’s my deal: I’m a grad student in Communication Studies with a concentration in Rhetoric and Language.  So I study how people talk other people into things and how sometimes that’s crappy and sometimes that’s awesome.  I’ve been studying gender politics for the past four years (soon to be five), and didn’t really know what I was getting into with this class.  However, making stuff that reflects not only what we are doing in TRANS, but what’s going on around me seems to be working nicely.  So this website explains the stuff I make. Crossing and studying “dangerous borders” through creative and inventive outlets is proving to be a learning experience--both in and out of the classroom.
Word,
Katelyn
