Dear Senior:
CONGRATULATIONS! Your classmates have chosen you as one of the
finest specimans in your entire class. Not only are you
attractive and talented, but you're also super popular. Let's
celebrate your achievement with a SUPERLATIVE photo! (Sorry, you
have to come to the photo shoot to find out what superlative your
classmates have bequeathed unto you).
Here's all the necessary information:
TIME: This Saturday! (Your specific "CALL TIME" is listed
below.)
LOCATION: Winship Theatre Building at the UT Campus
(http://www.finearts.utexas.edu/tad/productions/map_and_directions.cfm).
You should find ample free parking along San Jacinto.
DRESS: We are trying to show off how good and wholesome you are
so please wear your best 50's/60's era clothes. Think
All-American conservative dress. We want this yearbook to feel
"nostalgic" (whatever that means to you). Girls, please wear
old-fashioned dresses or an appropriate slacks/blouse
combination. Boys, please wear khakis and buttons down shirts
(suits are also welcome). We will have some clothing pieces on
hand if you come up short.
MAKE-UP: None! Remember, we are photoshopping out your head
in place of an object. (You also get to pick out your
representative object at the shoot . . . feel free to bring your own
object from home . . . a trumpet, a suitcase, a loaf of bread,
anything!)
HAIR: If you have long hair please bring a scrunchie, hair-tye,
or banana clip to keep your hair off your shoulders. Extra points
if you bring a banana clip and let me play with it.
SNACKS: Of course! We'll obvi have something for you snack
on during the shoot.
