Release Notes:
--------------

- This skin generates an output in HTML for Internet Explorer 5.5 and
  higher.

- It gives you the option to choose where you want the table of contents
  to be located, "R" for to the right of the video and "L" for under
  the video align to the left.

- Option to choose wether you're working with a large video, or a small
  one, and reformats the player to best fit a large video.

- If you add an iText type "notes" (empty iText, with no segments in it)
  it will generate an area where you can take notes from the media 
  you're watching.

- Bug Fixes.

- This skin also generates an installer HTML file that will be named
  [your file name]_index.html, this is the file that you must run, it
  will automatically redirect you to you player after it has checked
  that all the requirements have been met. (if you wan't to make a link
  to your player, the adress for the link should be the installer, not
  the player itself)

- Footnotes are now supported by the skin! (they haven't been fixed on
  gmCreator yet).

- A new print feature is included: a html page will be displayed with
  all transcript, toc and slides iTexts. You will be able to print the
  iText you want.
