So, ok. I moved to Austin, TX to go to graduate school. I am currently a masters student in the Communication Studies Department, where I am studying Rhetoric and Language. “What’s that?” You say? “Will that be marketable?” You say? Well, probably not. But I do study the ways in which we persuade people, which is pretty cool. I am interested in the intersections of race, gender, and class...specifically with regards to the body and within urban discourses.
