Today in music class the composer for the Charlie Brown stuff came! Very cool! Another long day in class with the usual obnoxious remarks from people. Christina does not like me and constantly makes not so quiet remarks after everything I say. Her favorite for right now is “Anways!” with an eye roll.

 

Schwartz is our resident awkward guy. Out of nowhere today he came up to me and Elliot and said, “You know what you need to do? Shave everything... body oil... satin sheets. You know, make it a regular slip n slide!” I said there staring at him in disbelief and bewilderment as he continued, “Well you see, i used to date this ice skater and she wanted to have no friction...” I immediately ran to the bathroom and cried in the corner.

 

David came in town last weekend for Valentines Day and it was great! Friday we drove down Sunset until we got to Santa Monica and went to the Santa Monica Pier and checked out Venice beach. It was pretty cold so we didn’t stay for too long. Then we went to Rodeo drive and had dinner in Beverly Hills at Porterhouse Bistro and then had drinks at the Beverly Wilshire (yes, where Pretty Woman was filmed). On Saturday we had a picnic at the Getty center, drove down Mulholland to see all the ridiculous houses and get a good view of the Hollywood sign and had dinner at a burger joint and got the best ice cream sandwhich ever at Diddy Riese. Great weekend!
