First
Time
Nerves on edge like
razors through flesh,
The heart driven splashes deep in my chest,
Palms alight, become poor for good grip.
Shortness of breath
takes over.
Holding us steadfast through girdled support.
Actions are viral, infecting the emotions.
The only thing heard
is the softened hiss,
Pushed through teeth clenched with longing,
Entangled like vines searching for pure light.
Shoulders and chins
align like ball and socket.
Eyes fixed toward the horizon, steel feeling each other.
Casting glances down and far
Seeking the newest breath from some other.

As
She Goes
Binding, wanting,
needing, hoping, purity
Takes shape
Like the world, like snow drifting snow.
Allowing one life to leap while another reaches,
Pulled back like a net.
Mending the
sores from the contagion called want"
Takes inspiration
Adoration is
my muse,
Time thought of put to the lips,
Unchained from the heart is how we dream.
Desire crashes at my bow.
Set my sights
to a world I know exists,
Where I will live the life devoid of dreams.

Birth
of the Criminal
Virtue sets its mark.
The wood is stained red over white
Creative planning begins.
Life and death both
take the same route,
Dig deeper in the barren sand,
The outcome is always the same.
Ten stained fingers slip through like liquid,
Pouring out the world.
Shrieking sounds audible
from a distance.
Hold breath, breath fast,
Run through waves that wash away paths.
Up, down, over, and
through urban landscapes,
Maps before the minds eye, convolution is the best course.
Borrowed garments from the ones inside.
Pound black pavement,
Decide where to run,
Fifteen minutes prior this life had not begun.

Dreamscape
Spider legs and Rat
tails wrap my brain
My fingers push the pegs
Where light spells out your name
Yo-Yos spin up, down, and over
Loss of self alludes to time when ones older
The box of my bed allows plums over prunes.
My thoughts in color,
Lit by the broken seals.
Diegetic lines obscure and motivate
Take clouds and grubs to build up,
Upside down kingdoms.
Diving from windows into seas of custard,
Swim through sands that make one cold
A bear walks by lends me its' coat
A raven asks how mom is.
I tell it,
She's fine, she's right down the hall.
