Perhaps you were sick on the day we discussed it.
When you turn in your demo strips on Thursday, you will
also give us a slip of paper that has your top 2 choices
from this list (Zapatistas, Pirate Utopia, WITT, or Pot Luck)
and your primary, BNN only meathod of contribution (ie; graphics, sound,
interface). We all gave examples of the kinds of skills we
and contributions the projects need. In the case of Pot Luck,
perhaps a few words as to where you think your interests are
taking you. We (Sandy, Tamara, Vernon and myself) will then
evaluate your work and assign you to project groups.
Pot Luck is structured as a collaborative wrestling match.
Students in the Pot Luck group will be expected to
quickly decided on a topic, start working up storyboards,
production schedules and prototypes. We will expect
a working demo of whatever you attempt to design.
The work will be judged on its own merits but we have
very high expectations of any students brave
enough to undertake this task.
