It's setup to go on and off by editing /etc/inetd.conf and doing a
killall -HUP inetd. I had earlier added a second layer of defense by
adding to /etc/hosts.deny
in.ftpd: ALL
but this has been commented out. The safest way of handling this is
finding a method in which to safely transfer files. A method that
doesn't include the letters "f, tay, or pee."
Once I get a second, I'll check out the ssh clients and see if they're
capable.
