You can be a woman in both gender and sex, and yet decide not to
engage in the behaviors (you are aware of) that enable you to pass as a
woman. How you dress, walk and talk, whom you associate with, where you
go (i.e., which bathroom, etc.), how you represent yourself formally,
like with the govt. and in contracts. Even if you do not consciously
decide to engage in these passing behaviors, you are still engaging in
them, dig?
