I have a skatterbrain. My ability to make something coherent is oftentimes disturbed by my interest in what I am not currently doing. This project reflects my interests (video, animation, music, children's poetry) but also displays my lack of coherance. The video goes through three phases. The first introducing a new song I am working on for my hip-hop/electronic side project entitled cocaine etikit. The second part of the video visualizes fish being eaten by ancient michaelangelo sculptures (more specifically David, and St. Paul). The third part of the video deals with yet another aspect of art that I am interested in - children's poetry. The poem at the end of the video is "Melinda Mae" by Shel Silverstein. You can find this poem in the collection, "A Light In The Attic." How does this deal with death you ask? Well I'm not gonna spell it out for you specifically, you'll just have to think for yourself.
