Papier-mâché is a fine art, which should not be attempted by the weak of heart.

All you need is some paper (I found that construction paper works very nicely) 1 part glue and 2 parts water… and of course something to put it on… I found a few balloons from Toy Joy that worked out perfectly.

I very carefully do all of my measurements.

I know you shouldn’t ever eat the glue, but sometimes you just can’t avoid getting caught trying it.

After I had my pink pig ready, I decided that I wanted it to be black… of course I changed my mind again in the end

My cat, Tabitha, helps me out by making it impossible to get to the construction paper without losing a finger. (She’s not de-clawed)

I had a very odd contraption holding everything together.

and my poor pig looked nothing like a pig… but I knew what it was supposed to be.
