This, my final semester in ActLab, finds my mind set abound through a sparkling stream of conscious and subconcious thoughts about Dreams, Delerium & Everything in-between.
I feel that it is of no coincidence that in waking life, we are finding ourselves at the tumultuous peak of Revolution's waterfall. Dive in
Spring 2009 in ActLab has been an eye-opening experience on so many levels!. Between the unique lecture/discussion format, intriguing discussions amongst our peers and the jaw-jropping project presentations, Dreams & Delirium and the leadership of Sandy Stone and her incredible assistants will forever represent the very best of my college educational experience. I invite you to take a look at my semester's notes thus far and share the ActLab experience with all who care to take part.
The first assignement was actually our class' Make-a-Thon. This was not only a great opportunity for us to jump into the hands-on approach utitlized so well in ActLab, but also for everyone to become familiar with our expectation levels and the talents/interests of fellow ActLabbies. This would prove very useful for many in preparing for 'Project 1'.
Project 1 was our first official attempt to "nail-it". We all focused on capturing lecture and discussion topics in innovative ways that showcased our talents and creative interests. Following the success of the Make-a-Thon, expectations were high and we delivered.
My final project is in one word: Grand. Stay tuned. ;-)
