United States PsyOps (psychological operations group) utilized s-quad technologies in the Persian Gulf War against the Iraqi Army quite successfully. The US operation used FM radio broadcasts to carry the signal because the high frequencies (~100 MHz) of FM transmissions can easily send PNA frequencies with near-lossless quality to standard radio receivers. These PNA frequencies carried emotional-signature clusters which change the recipients emotions in the same way that brainwave entrainment changes brain states.
