Project II: The Suit For Terrorist Detection

Description

Another promotional video, this one a collaborative project with Dan "Danger Mouse" Matthews. Dan created the helmet and provided the photographs, and I scripted and edited the video. Like the first project, this one utilizes photographs taken from the internet but it also features animated sequences: one featuring Bert the Turtle from the opening of "Duck and Cover" and the other featuring Danger Mouse from the British series of the same name. It's already been established that propaganda and cartoons go well together. This just follows the trend.

Edited on Pinnacle Studio Version 9. Narration performed by myself. Featured music: The vintage muzak for the description of the suit's features is the Love Theme from "The Prize" by Jerry Goldsmith; the underscore for the Danger Mouse clip is from the Italian cartoon "Aida Degli Alberi" by Ennio Morricone, and the patriotic closing is from Goldsmith's "Air Force One."
