The first experiments with dance and technology happening in film followed Loie Fuller's choreographies with lose dresses and applications of electricity.

This was probably the first big Hollywwod scene involving "advanced" technology: neon light on the violins.

These kaleidoscopic-type of formations gave dance a new meaning in film, which Hollywood was ready to explore...
