Who We Are
Lilli Friedland, Ph.D., A.B.P.P., is President and founder. She is a board certified psychologist and management consultant specializing in leadership development and dynamic organizational change.
Dr. Friedland has an outstanding background in both psychology and business management and an established reputation for more than twenty years as a leading authority in creative visioning and organizational behavior. Lilli Friedland has received the highest honors as a distinguished psychologist on both local and national levels, has been elected to numerous offices of professional business associations on a national, statewide and county level, and has been honored by county and state governments for her distinguished service.
To add to her core business strengths, Dr. Friedland has created Executive Advisors, which represent some of the best and brightest consultants in communication, individual and group motivation, learning, and interpersonal skill development.
Adopting a systems-oriented approach with executive teams and individuals, Executive Advisors develops in-depth business strategies to optimize organizational growth. All services provided are customized to the unique needs of an individual, team or organization.
