Using a generic white plastic mask as a base, I created a vein-like texture with a hot glue gun. I then painted the entire surface a bluish grey to give it the exaggerated color of a corpse. I found two wooden balls of different sizes and painted them as eyeballs. To give it the constricted essence I attached them to the surface so that they bulged. I then slashed the mouth open at an angle on one side and smeared some red on it like it is bleeding in an attempt to speak. Then I sewed it shut.
