Project 3: The Light Cavalry

What is the Light Cavalry?

The Light Cavalry is a loose association of hackers, ninjas, wizards, activists and others interested in the reclamation of their environment through the use of light and sound through a three tiered structure.

Tier One: The Autonomous Unit

The autonomous unit is the basic component of the Light Cavalry. Each individual member of the group fashions their own suit or backpack that acts as their personal expression of their intent within the group. Members can focus on light, sound, or preferably a combination of the two. They are encouraged to operate on their own or in conjunction with other active members of the group for larger displays of light and sound.

Tier Two: The Mobile Unit

Moblie Light Cavalry units are small collectives of 2-5 autonomous units, based out of a car or other vehicle. The purpose of the unit is to transport individuals to and from functions while also promoting a sense on unity between members.

Tier Three: The Radiolarian

The Radiolarian functions as a mobile rally point, designed to be quicky assembled or disassembled to enhance the effects of units when they gather.
