These interviews were conducted in the University Hills Public Library on Loyola Lane.
I consider these interviews to be expert opinions.
The first interview is of Frank Schmitzer who has been a librarian for over twenty years and has seen the growth and changes that the introduction of the internet and computers in public libraries have brought.
The Second interview is of Pat Chow who heads the Wired for Youth center in the library.
These interviews strike at the heart of my initial proposal, because the results a give us the views of two different information technology administrators who work under the same sets of constraints.
The First is the Traditional Librarian- Frank
The Second is the Computer Trained- Pat
