I was born in Homestead, Florida on June 21st. My journey started there. I was a military brat so for the next 18 years I ended up moving 13 times and living in Germany, Korea, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Virginia, Missouri, Texas ( many of these places twice). I ended up here at the University of Texas as a result of Vince Young winning the Rose Bowl. Kind of a stupid way of deciding where to go to college but that's how I did it and now I love it here.

I started off as a Pre-med student but couldn't do all the science so I changed my major to History, where I am most comfortable. I have been playing the Violin for 10 years now and am still enjoying it, I play in the University of Texas University Orchestra.

I am half Costa Rican, 1/4 Italian, and 1/4 WASP. I've been playing baseball also for 8 years and love the sport. I love music and sports and that won't change anytime soon.
