For this project, I took a more personal approach. This was not my first, second, third, or even fourth idea for a project, but it worked out well. Just goes to show, failures happen but sometimes you can salvage them.
First, some background knowledge: my entire family (with the exception of myself) is from the tiny town of Teague, Texas. This project was supposed to show my emotional transition through the trip, not just the actual destination, to Teague. It consisted of me writing a short piece about all of this and then reading it in front of the class while displaying photos that I took while driving to Teague. Pretty lame, huh? But the class seemed to enjoy it.
I call my project an "abstract thought." I'm just not RTF-y enough for anything else. |
