Well folks, the final project was certainly interesting for me. I almost went crazy! The short version is, the camera that I checked out broke and I couldn't figure out how to fix it and wasn't getting in contact with the TA, so I freaked out and the lovely video I had imagined sort of fell through.
In what Sandy admitted was a "good save," I made a stop-motion animation about what happened to make my project fail so horribly and what I learned from the experience. Here are some things II learned, in no particular order:
- How to use Windows Movie Maker, even though it is apparently the Devil
- No matter what, shit happens and you have to deal with it
- You can make some pretty amazing things by failing over half the time, so don't give up!
All in all, it was a good experience, even though I almost died when the camera wouldn't work. I still have about two and a half minutes of raw footage of my friend Butsu running up and down a hallway that I managed to film before the camera broke. Ah, memories! |
