This section of my website is for my Actlab class in the Radio-Television-Film department at the University of Texas in Austin. A class where you can do whatever you want to do, just as long your project relates to the class.

Death:

In my first semester of Actlab, I made some all light hearted projects. I scared some classmates when I did flips on the table and lifted a girl above my head. An interesting way of introducing myself to the class... It's recommended to watch Project 3, The Chinese Lion Dancers.

Post Modern Gothic:

My second semester of Actlab. I found this class very interesting. This class was about rejection of the distinction between "high" and "low" of popular culture, both in choice of materials used to produce art and in methods of displaying, distributing, and consuming art. An emphasis on fragmented forms, discontinuous narratives, and random-seeming collages of different materials. It was fun to bash pop culture and the like.
